浦安市運動公園水泳プールにて活動を行っておりますが「随時募集」してお

ります。２月の選択制度は「辰巳、月島プール等にて活動」致します。 また、

「舞浜をメインとして、辰巳、月島プール等にて活動」致しますので予めご

了承下さい。

◎お持ちいただくもの

　水着・帽子(ＴＳＵの指定帽子です)・バスタオル・スイムアップカード(初回

　練習でお渡しします)

 

◎事故・ケガに関する注意事項

　当指導者は、細心の注意等をしてご指導しますが、やむを得ず活動中に事故　

　やケガ等をした場合は、保険の範囲内の対応となりますので、保険の範囲を

　超える内容は自己負担となります。

 

　「当法人並びに会員様とのご確認事項」→必ずお読み下さい。

 

１．「TSUオリジナルのご指導方法や内容にて泳法をお伝え」致しますので、

　　予めご理解下さい。

 

２．指導中、指導後に於いて、公認指導者に対して「不適切な言動は差し控

　　えて（メール等を含め）」頂きたく存じます。「言動が甚だしい場合は

　　会員申込書の約定に依って退会」をして頂きます。

 

３．本指導に関して「技術指導のみの指導」ですので、指導者の個人に対す

　　るお時間に個人的メールなど「特に、私的メールでの個人的攻撃行為等

　　は一切ご遠慮下さる様に」お願い致します。その際は「運営委員会」が

　　直接にお伺いして「会員申込書約定の定めに依って退会」して頂く場合

　　や悪質な言動は公訴等の手続きをも履行致しますので予めご了承下さい。

 

４．団体運営に於いて会員様及び保護者のご協力を要請する場合は宜しくお

　　願い致します。

 

５．以上の内容に於いて、４．を除き、著しく信頼を損失する場合は、ご指

　　導を行なえません ので、予めご理解を賜りたいと存じます。これらに

　　依る会員などの退会及び契約解除後の個人的メール、言動などは差し控

えて下さる様に併せてお願い致します。

 

６．当法人の方針として、女性メンバー及びキッズの「適正かつ健全な活動

　　を主としております」ので、「成人男性」に関してはお断りしておりま

　　すが「会員様のご紹介」に関しては、当法人がその都度判断しておりま

　　す。

 

７. 当法人は「非営利活動のみの法人ですので、会員より、会費等を除き、　　

　  月謝は一切受領しておりません」のでご確認を致します。

に添えない場合もご座居ます」ので、予めご了承下さい。
